Acknowledgement and Consent for Auxiliary Brigade Registration
By completing this form, you are providing consent for us to register you as a an Auxiliary Brigade volunteer with the Order of St John South Africa (St John).
Voluntary Participation
We emphasize that your participation as a volunteer is entirely voluntary and not obligatory. You are under no compulsion to respond to any St John call-up or deployment.
Consent for Information Sharing
Please note that as a registered auxiliary volunteer, you give permission for your personal details to be shared with the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) and to note that in the event of a national catastrophe or emergency response situation St John may be requested by the SANDF to call upon your assistance during this time.

Ongoing Training Requirements
To maintain your volunteer status, you will be required to keep your first aid certification current with the Order of St John South Africa, which involves renewing your certification every three years and attending an annual refresher exercise/workshop.
