First Aid 101

In most emergency situations, do not move the casualty. You should first give first aid where the casualty is found and arrange for medical assistance to come to the scene.

An injured hand should be be placed palm down in a relaxed position, with the fingers slightly curled over a pad of dressing. This is called the position of function

A respiratory emergency occurs when breathing stops. After 4 mins without oxygen brain damage may occur. You must act immediately to restore breathing.

Our mission is to improve lives and provide care for vulnerable communities.
