Learn About Tax Benefits
The Order of St John South Africa is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO 000-814), which means that donations made to us by individuals and businesses may qualify for a Section 18A tax deduction under the South African Income Tax Act.
What is a Section 18A Certificate?
A Section 18A certificate is an official tax receipt issued by St John that allows donors to claim a tax deduction on their annual tax return. This means:
– Companies and individuals can reduce their taxable income by the amount donated.
– Supporting a good cause also benefits your bottom line—you contribute to community development while receiving a tax break.
How Does It Work?
