The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining instructor, assessor, and moderator records, tracking expiry dates, monitoring and registration requirements, and overseeing updates on the QCTO LMI system. The role also manages course bookings and learner data on Unity and the QCTO system, ensures compliance documentation is in place, and provides general office and reception support.
Required skills and experience:
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Matric with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Unity
- Health and safety or first aid compliance knowledge is advantageous
